Will not wind / rewind
Observe Clutch and it looks like it won't stay on top of the `Pip' on the transverse plate which locks the clutch to allow full torque for wind operations
1. Check Clutch for wear - if it is really worn, change it
2. MORE LIKELY: Check the pin on the plate on top of the chassis, which is driven by the MAIN CAM - pin will probably be loose, in which case BRAZE it - superglue or peening it over will work for a few days then you'll get a call-back. Carefully Brazing it ONLY on the corner where the pin fits through the plate will provide a permanent fix.
